I visited Basildon Hospital yesterday for an endoscopy. I was anxious about the procedure but the staff couldn't have done more to make me feel relaxed - the doctor supervising the procedure even held my hand during it! I was extremely impressed by the service I received all the way from phoning to make an appointment to having the actual procedure. Thank you to all of the staff in the endoscopy unit.
