Anything else?
attended today with a 10yr old. took us 20 mins to book i - the reception staff refusing help off their colleague despite the ever increasing queue. Ourappointment was 10.35am - we were eventually seen at 11.45am.
we attended with a chipped bone and torn ligaments in her big toe - very swollen and bruised i might add. the doctor asked to examine the toe but didnt go further than allowing her to take her sock off. refused the request by the nurse to remove the bandage, did not listen when we tried to tell them how she actually injured herself.
didnt approve of his 'well kids are very resiliant, should heal soon' attitude. did say if no better in couple of weeks come back. why on earth would i want to do that? staff had no iterest i the patient whatsoever, very disapoointed
"very disappointed"
