"I will finally find out what is wrong with me"

About: Telford referral and quality service (TRAQS)

(as the patient),

I had to keep going to lots of different doctors just to get where I am today. I needed to see a lot of doctors for them to sort the problems out. It tool along time to be transferred to the hospital but I will finally find out what is wrong with me.
