All staff with the exception of the Consultant were extremely professional curtious and caring making me feel at ease prior to my op all the relevant staff visited me at various stages and were very methodical leaving no stone unturned the last person to visit was the Consultant himself a two second examination hesitant to shake hands zero interaction giving me the impression he must have been late for a lunch appointment.
