I had a fasting blood test in the outpatient department. The ladies at both receptions (main and outpatient) were very kind and friendly.

I am not happy how I was treated from the lady who carried the blood test . She asked me whether I have been 'fasting' and at first I couldn't understand what she meant. She got annoyed, like I was supposed to know anyway. After I asked her a question related to the blood test and she didn't reply, visibly even more irritated. I was very friendly and I don't think I deserved to be treated with such a fussy and disrespectful behavour.
