The Heilendi Family Medical Practice in Kirkwall Orkney needs to change their appointment schedule - they are always running at least 30 minutes behind and I have waited more than 50 minutes on one occasion.

Firstly I would like to apologise for the delay in responding to your post on Patient Opinion. We have been having some technical difficulties with our registration but thankfully, we are now up and running.

Thank you for taking the time to post your feedback on Patient Opinion. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer you an immediate response as Heilendi Practice are an independent practice and as such, responsible for their own reply. As they are not registered on the website, I will pass on your comments and ask them to provide me with a reply which I will then post up on their behalf.
