"day surgery in ward 12"

Anything else?
operation on ankle in day surgery. The staff were lovely as were the doctors and theatre staff. I know the NHS staff get many bad comments but I feel I must write to say the staff were extremely kind and informative and despite them being very busy I felt I was looked after and well informed about what was happening.
