while beinng under the care of sandwell from a&e through consultants and physios i have always recieved excellent treatment but unfortunatly this has been spoilt by a rude and in my opinion a totally unproffessinal phsiotherapist, while all thev other physios in this department are friendly polite and helpful this particular one is the exact opposite and on one particular occassion was actually shouting and screaming in the department

Thank you for your comment. I am pleased that you have had excelelnt treatment. I am obviously concerned to read your comments about a physiotherapist. if you want to let me have any further details I will look into it.
