What I liked

I'd like to tell you about the fantastic treatment, care and consideration I've received at Cheltenham General Hospital recently.

From diagnosis to treatment, I've been dealt with quickly and compassionately. So many people criticise the NHS, but I just wanted to congratulate all of the staff at Cheltenham General Hospital, from the porters to the surgeons, for all of their help.

I'd also like to thank all of the wonderful nurses on the post surgical and Avening wards, who demonstrated great compassion, understanding and kindness. Through all the ranks, the nurses showed a real sense of pride in their work and high morale.

I think what's so special about CGH, is ethos, which must be so difficult to instill in each and every one of the many staff. Keep up the good work!
