What I liked
On 30th Dec broke my ankle the staff, from reception to plaster nurse everyone who dealt with me were 1st Class. Having been in private hospitals before this service was of the same standard and all staff should be commended for exceptional service. As i dont live in Bristol on my return home i have to attend the local hosptial how i wish the serviuce here was of your standards. I would like to say thank you to all who dealt with my case. My one wish IF i need hosptial services again is they come up to Frenchay standards.
What could be improved
my experience in your hospital was exceptional i dont think any improvement would have been possible my thanks once more.
