Today I called the continence care helpline to place an order only to find a recorded message that "due to unforeseen circumstances this service is closed today. Goodbye. " It is quite unacceptable for this service to simply close for the day. Never mind that the busy phone line closes at 3pm normally. Improved resourcing required.
"NHS Lothian Continence Care service line closed today"
