appointments in this hospital is a great joke!
with no reason I was rearanged 3 times!3 times asking for suitable hour and got confirmation of that.2 days later letter:your appointment is rearanged.many phone calls 0844 spend 10pounds on them but still no one,absolutely no one can help me.so simple and so difficult.I'm glad all phone calls are recorded by my smartphone so I'm gonner use this to find the truth.
