I was recently on holiday at Centre Parcs when my 2 year old son suffered a bad fall, not knowing the area we took him to Penrith Hospital as it was the nearest hospital to us. The staff in the Minor Injuries Unit were amazing. The receptionist, the nurses and the doctor who treated my son were all first class. They had my son transferred by ambulance to Carlisle where he was assessed and eventually allowed to return to our holiday. I could not have been happier with the level of care that we received and would like to say a huge Thank You to all the staff involved.
