"Podiatry"

About: Northamptonshire Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust

(as the patient),

I attended a podiatry assessment. Included in this was the cutting of my toe nails.

The podiatrist was very heavy handed and even the filing of my nails was uncomfortable. Worse still was the fact that I left the assessment with 2 bleeding toes.

Because of the discomfort I forgot to ask the reason for the pains I was already experiencing in one toe. I asked the question during the assessment but did not receive an answer
