"Am looking to move practice"

I am steadily becoming more and more fed up with Pitcairn practice.

I am always kept waiting. The actual wait itself is fine, but am never advised of this when checking in. More often than not you're left for half an hour plus with not so much as a helpful 'we've had an emergency come in'

The reception I often smells of cigarette smoke which is disgusting and I've also seen a staff member eating whilst at the reception desk. I've also been kept waiting by whilst staff members have a general chat to each other.

I gave my change of address details TWICE and it wasn't actioned so for the third time I had to fill them in and ensure they were changed while I stood there.

They've for some completely unknown reason closed Leuchars in afternoons, so if you don't drive it's an absolute nightmare getting to Balmullo for appointments, and the fact they've always kept me waiting means I've got to hang around for almost an hour waiting on the bus back to civilization.

I am looking to move to a different practice, I feel some who run this practice have no people skills at all and don't seem to care to consider patients needs..
