"Grandchild"

About: Dr Gray's Hospital / Emergency Medicine Dr Gray's Hospital / Paediatric Unit

(as a relative),

Grandson took ill at my house and took a fit. He was lifeless for a while and not responding so called the ambulance.

The ambulance service was fantastic, the lady who was dealing with me continually talked until the paramedics arrived. once they did arrive the paramedics were friendly, efficient and quickly assessed the situation, reassured myself and took my grandson and myself to hospital. On arrival at the hospital the staff were brilliant and once on the childrens ward I was made to feel very welcome and my grandson has the best possible treatment. This took place at Doctor Gray's, Elgin,

Keep up the good work everyone.
