What I liked

I would like to praise the doctors, nurses and staff who cared for me while I was in the cardiac unit, while recently visiting Sheffield. Just as I had found at the Royal Hallamshire, who transferred me for a follow-up procedure, I was immediately put at my ease by the staff who took time to explain everything that would happen to me. The whole unit seemed to run so very smoothly with clear communication between the staff and patients. The level of care, patience and reassurance was exceptional.
