The outpatient experience other than the long wait for appointments and tests when I felt so poorly was good, and the consultant was excellent, another consultant's team,who operated were fantastic, and I feel so much better, but the lack of nurses and the ward experience was poor,I wasnt in more than a couple of days, but the attention needed by me and other patients, when you needed it wasnt there,no one answered the buzzer,and when they did for some people who needed the toilet it was to late,the food also wasnt suitable, for people who had undergone surgery,I think lack of staff is the problem,they didnt have time to care.
