On behalf of all my relatives, I would like to publically thank the hospital for the care shown to my mother-in-law over the recent months.
Joan lost her fight against kidney failure and lymphoma on Tuesday 12 March 2013 at the age of 88 years, whilst in hospital. Joan had undergone treatment at the hospital for some time and had been admitted recently when her condition suddenly deteriorated.
Throughout all this time the care and compassion shown to Joan and to her relatives and friends was tremendous. Joan was treated with dignity and was given the highest quality of care by everyone she came in to contact with both at the hospital and with the Ambulance Personnel.
We thank you all and ask you to keep up the good work.
