Anything else?

I would like to place on record my gratitude for the kindness and consideration which I received throughout my stay, at St Hellier hospital. The nursing and support staff, whom I encountered, were unfailingly pleasant and cheerful and did all that they could to help and reassure the patients. The treatment, as far as I could judge, was excellent. Obviousy, conditions were sometimes quite difficult (as indeed were some of the patients!), but everyone just carried on quietly with their jobs.

The doctors were always interested and approachable, one even waited around, to offer her support, while I had various tests, on the first day.

No doubt, there are quite enough complaints and I thought it only fair to offer the alternative point of view.

I would particularly like those concerned to be aware how much I appreciated them.
