"Excellent staff at Crawley Urgent Treatment centre"

I took my son to Crawley Hospital as he had become more unwell.

The receptionist was very professional and extremely polite. We were seen very quickly by a very pleasant nurse who was reassuring to us. Then we waited a short time to see a doctor who was professional and took time after examining my son to decide the course of treatment.

After consideration we were sent home and advised if we were unhappy at any time to come back to Crawley for a further review or to go to East Surrey Hospital.

I would also like to say the nurse was extremely professional despite being spoken to very rudely by another parent. I would have expected the parent to be told to leave but they still treated the child.
