Credit to all who work in this department. Everything ran to schedule, I think I sat for less than three minutes in the waiting room. Staff were friendly, kind and knowledgeable. Received adequate information and where to go for follow up.
Wait from assessment to operation was about 3 months - too long, but not under the staff's control.
