"Pre op assessment - reception"

Came here for a pre op assessment. Went to the reception and the receptionist didn't even look at me, just handed me a form. I did have to ask her what I was meant to do with the form, to which a sigh was met. Is this woman really a receptionist...? Sorry to have interupted your conversation about your social life, but, you are in work for goodness sake.

Some people haven't had a pre op assessment before, therefore, don't know the procedure.

So glad that there was a Healthcare Assistant on hand to explain what the form was for and what to do with it after I had finished with it.
