My daughter was taken to A&E on Sunday 10th March 2013. The care and treatment by the staff was exceptional. The staff were attentive, kept her calm and always told her what was happening. The doctor who met us on arrival stayed with her even accompanied her to CT scan. Thankfully no serious injuries sustained. The care she received could not have been better or any quicker.

There is always a lot of issues around cleanliness..... well the room that my daughter was in was cleaned twice while we were there, she had an accident in a field and we were all covered in mud the cleaning staff were excellent.

My two children are very accident prone and I have made several visits to PRU always the staff have been exceptional.

Thank you to all the A&E staff who are cheerful pleasant and more important always calm.
