Having had a minor operation in the plastics department, I was impressed with every member of staff that I encountered, from the early appointments ,to the operation. The staff were helpful, considerate and courteous. The NHS is suffering some bad press at present, but I was very impressed with WBCH it is a credit to all employees. Unable to add more information as the plastics department are not available to selection.
