(as a relative),

My father recently spent 10 days on Ward 30 and I would like to thank the staff for their care and kindness to him before he was transferred to Stepping Hill.

Although he has now sadly passed away the staff of ward 30 ensured that he was comfortable and pain free, which was a great relief to him and the family. Thank you again.

Thank you for your kind comments regarding your fathers care during his time with us on ward 30. I will ensure your comments are passed on to the ward and that they will be most gratefully received.
