I went into the minor injuries unit today. I was welcomed by a lovely nurse who was very caring. I was given the form instantly and was seen within 5 minutes of filling it in. Once in the cubicle to be looked at I was treated with the utmost respect and they were also lovely to my daughter who was with me. They offered me great advice and didn't make me feel like I had wasted their time even though I needed no treatment. The whole ward was clean and tidy. I will always try to go to this minor injuries unit and will recommend it to friends.
