"Elizabeth Ward"

About: Watford General Hospital

Anything else?

Came out of hospital - Elizabeth Ward on Monday 11/03/2013 after operation for bladder prolapse on 08/03/2013. The care I had from all the nurses and staff was excellent. Nothing was too much trouble for them although they were very overworked. Everything was done with a smile from the nurses. I was very nervous about having anethestic and would like to thank staff for being so lovely to me. I did a lot of wandering around in the night and a lot of crying as I was in pain but there was always a nurse there to reassure me and give me some painkillers!

Thanks again to you all xx

Hi Beryl, thank you for kindly taking the time to comment on your recent experience with us at Watford General. Considering your understandable anxiety, we're delighted to hear that you were so impressed with the efficient, caring and reassuring nature of our staff on Elizabeth Ward during your recent visit. The team value giving this service to each and every patient they can, and its great to hear this reflected in your comments across our nurses. We will, of course, pass on your kind comments to the staff involved in your care.
