I was taken in following a fast heart rate and chest pain. The staff were very friendly and caring and respected my dignity while having an ECG. The department was extremely busy but I was dealt with quickly and kept informed at every stage. I was treated and discharged in 3.5 hours having seen doctors and the cardiac outreach nurse. Very impressed. The staff were under immense pressure yet remained incredibly caring and friendly
