I have just returned from the NNUH where I had nasal cauterisation. I was very impressed with the alacrity with which I was seen and treated, I actually left the hospital at what was my appointment time. I felt quite as ease the whole time and was particularly impressed with the care and attention given to me by the doctor who performed the proceedure. I have, in the past ten years, had both lenses replaced and two major operations at this hospital, one of them emergency, and have nothing but praise for all the staff with whom I came in contact including cleaning, catering, medical, admin and surgical personnel.
