I was a patient in clinic 2 at the Queen's Medical Centre in Nottingham for the treatment of sarcoidosis, which is an immune system disorder. The standard of care which I received, from both the medical and the nursing teams, was good. I was pleased with the fact that the staff at the clinic kept me informed as to how my condition was going to be treated.
I do feel that more study into sarcoidosis is needed so that diagnosis can be made quicker. Also, if more is known about the condition, it may be easier to know how to treat it.
