"Good medical care at QMC"

I was a patient on ward F18 at the Queen's Medical Centre in Nottingham last month. The standard of care which I received, from the medical team, was good - I was most impressed with the fact that the consultant and the anaesthetist took the time to explain to me exactly what was going to happen during my operation.

I was a bit annoyed, however, at the lack of care taken over the discharge and about the haphazard way the nursing staff gave out information.
