|I had MRI scans in Feb and was told that the results would be back in 2 weeks. It is now nearly 4weeks and no letter , left messages on answerphone -no callback when you ring the dept the phone just rings and rings, I have had constant pounding in my ears and severe headaches now since Aug 2012 and am getting very frustrated when I can't get a reply. Just tried to ring again just rings,,,,and rings then cuts you off.

I can confirm that we have added additional phone lines into the department to ensure all calls are spread between the team and calls/messages are answered promptly.
