I have been left for three months with a potentially lethal bacteria in my lungs. I have had too many mistakes made by the hospital to count. Phone calls not returned, a ward closed when I arrived to be admitted. Staff in-fighting at the expense of patient care. No information given. I'm still not receiving treatment despite a complaint, talking to two Medical Directors, two consultants and the bed manager. I have no faith in Cheltenham General and will not be an inpatient there even after(and if) I get the treatment prescribed.
