I was an outpatient at the Queen's Medical Centre in May of this year for treatment on my eye. The standard of medical care which I received was good - the consultant was very thorough and explained things clearly to me.
I do feel, however, that appointment times could have been better kept to, as I did have to wait 40 minutes past my scheduled appointment time.
