Earlier this month, I was a patient on Simpson ward 1 at the Nottingham City hospital. I was most concerned with the timeliness of the service which I received - from going in to the hospital at 2pm, I was seen and had my initial consultation by 3pm. However, I then had to wait 4 hours for the registrar before I received any treatment. I was finally discharged by 9pm. To me, this seems to be very poor service for what was a fairly simple treatment.
