I was a patient in the Emergency Admissions Unit at the Nottingham City hospital for the treatment of a urinary infection. The standard of care which I received was good. I was given prompt access to a bed and a quick and appropriate diagnosis by the medical staff.
The only thing that would have been better was if the ward had been a bit quieter at night, as it was quite difficult to sleep through the noise.
