Anything else?
So my newborn son was taken to the a&e because of a mark that suddenly came up on his hand. We were made to wait in a stinking waiting room full of kids running wild for hours before being seen. After what seemed like an eternity the doctor came to see my son. Can't remember his name but he said he was in charge of the place. So he took a look at my son in the actual corridor of the waiting room and made a snap decision within literally 3 minutes. Unbelievable. Told us my partner and my son needed to stay in for a few days overnight to go on an antibiotic course and a nurse will come and take care of it. So waited another 2 hours probably for a nurse to come. So the doctor walked passed and I asked him if the nurse had forgoten about us and he threw a hissy fit! So I took my son and my partner from the hispital and we went to Southmead. Basically Southmead were amazing. They actually took the time to get proper doctors, who knew what they were talking about, to look at my boy. The doc in bristol had got it wrong, no infection. Simply just a birth mark. I'm not suprised he got it wrong after a brief glance in a crouded manic a&e waiting room. Perhaps if he cared about what he did he would take his job seriously. Plenty of people have high pressured jobs where wrong decisions cost. Pressure is no excuse.
Take your child somewhere else.
