I visited the A&E for an abscess treatment and was extremely impressed by the professionalism and care shown by the staff. They were very knowledgeable and extremely patient in their approach. Although it did take a while for my name to be called out, the excellent service provided by the Doctors more than made up for the long wait. I was carefully explained the surgical procedure and the Doctors kept asking me how I was doing throughout the process. I instantly felt better after the procedure was completed and am very satisfied with the treatment. I wish I had remembered the names of the doctors as I would have liked to give them a special thank you in this review for the great service that they are performing.
