I spent 24 hours in Good Hope and was extremely impressed with the kindness of the Doctors and nurses I had to wait a long time in casualty, but was in a cubicle, and seen by a doctor. On the ward (19) there were several ladies who were muddled, and it must have been difficult for the nurses as one lady kept pulling out her drip,. and another was determined that an already occupied bed was actually hers. However the nurses were so patient and kind, and gently persuaded her to go back to her own bed. this happened more than once but each time was met with the same patient response.

Since then I have seen a consultant who couldn't have been friendlier or more helpful.
