Self check-in available and it dispenses a numbered ticket, which is then called electronically, this is a very efficient and simple system. Clinic was running about 25 mins behind, which isn't too bad. ENT surgeon and nurse were extremely likeable and friendly. Against expectations the surgeon manually realigned my broken nose there and then, it crunched and there was a sharp pain but it was not as painful as you might think. I am so pleased because so many staff are scared to do anything there and then these days, the whole appointment took ten minutes and I left with a big smile on my face because my nose is straight and I don't have to have a follow up appointment.
