Anything else?
Having just had my operation yesterday 11 /03/13 i am recovering at home and i can not thank all staff in ward 1 Freeman hospital Urology dept for all there care kindness and professionalisum.This stretches from being seen on 27th Dec 2012 until now and covers all staff from top person right through surgeons anesthitists nurses care staff and anyone i have not mentioned. It is so easy to critisises the national health sevice so on my behalf please send an e-mail to the relevant departments to let them know how greatful i am,and please keep up the good work. It would be nice if the Newcastle Health Trust could see this e-mail and realise that they are emploing the right kind of people. Once again Thank you all George Richley

It is of great encouragement to the staff that you have taken the trouble to let us know how satisfied you were with the care provided to your be all the team members.
