Anything else?

Sorry for the delay in this feedback.

On 25 Jan 2013 my daughter attended the above A&E with a very sensitive complaint. She was scared and very worried about the outcome and what people may think of her. She mostly attended to by a nurse.

I thought it was only right to give credit when it was most definitley deserved. My daughter was histerical on the phone to me - she is currently a first year student.

The nurse was amazing at calming her down and reassuring her that everything would be alright and comforted her, As a mum it is so good to know that you have wonderful staff to look after her at such a worrying time. I'm very grateful to this nurse and would appreciate it if you pass on my thanks to her.

Many thanks

Stephanie

Thank you for dropping us a line. It’s great to hear your daughter was reassured and that she felt safe and confident in her care. I will of course share this feedback with colleagues in our Emergency Department.
