Our appointment was at 9.15, we were finally called by our consultant at 10.40, to be told they did n't have our notes, they'd lost them and that the results we had waited so anxiously for, had n't come back. We left home at 06.00 am facing to terrible driving conditions to get the results. We came home without any further information and feeling a real lack of care and attention had been paid to our case. I appreciate that their are many very sick children here, and on Alderhey's list of priorities we are very far down the list, but I would not reccommend this hospital under any circumstances.
