Anything else?
I recently was admitted to Ward B for a tonsillectomy and as a nurse myself I understand the demands nurses can have on a shift but I must say I was treated very well. I had my observations done by a lovely healthcare assistant who made me feel at ease as I was quite anxious about the procedure. The Sister also cared for me very well. She ensured I was up to date with the process and made sure I felt comfortable. High marks for this lovely lady!!!
Once I was down in theatre the anaesthetist and her assistant were so comforting and put me at ease immediately.
I awoke to a lady who was so understanding when I burst into tears as for some strange reason I was highly emotional. For the brief time I was with her, she made a lasting impression on me and I would love to thank her for just being there when I awoke.
Overall this hospital is fantastic and the level of care is of high quality. As a nurse myself I will recommend this hospital to my patients in the future.
Thank you so much
"Wonderful stay"
