Response from Princess Alexandra Hospital

Dear Anonymous,

As a local hospital, The Princess Alexandra Hospital NHS Trust strives to provide excellent care for everyone we serve and we are accountable to you.

Thank you for your comment yesterday evening. What you have very clearly described is that you have not been given the information you need to work with your mother-in-law to enable the best possible care and so we need to rectify that immediately.

With that in mind, could I ask that you contact us as soon as possible so we can take further action today. The Patient Experience Team has been advised of what has happened and they are ready to take your call. Our number is 01279 827084.
