"Privacy at health centre"

About: Cameron House

(as the patient),

At Langholm health centre you can hear the receptionists answering the phone to people ordering repeat presciptions. I have heard receptionists say their names, where they live and what they are ordering e.g. diazapam - controlled drug. I'm sure that everyone in waiting room hears.

It happens every time I'm there. Also when drug and alcohol workers visit they are given an odd room on the other side of waiting room which means they have to pass through waiting room with urine sample pots to toilet and back again even though there are free doctors rooms available. So it feels as if every one in waiting room knows what it means if you go into this room etc.
