"Admitted to A&e with pneumonia"

Arrived by ambulance waited for a doctor to send for X-ray only waited about 10 minutes then sent for X-ray. Was admitted to a ward to receive treatment again only waited 20 minutes. My care on the ward was excellent all members of staff really looked after me very well on Penn ward. I would like to take this opportunity to thank them very much. I stayed in hospital for five days and could not fault anyone who worked on the ward down to nurses, cleaners and people serving meals. Thank you once again.
