(as the patient),

August 2012 came because wanted to get off of street drugs & some something that would help me get off of drugs. Went to my doctors & saw John & he got me a script & helped me get rehoused.

This has helped me come off of street drugs, get somewhere to live & helping me get on te straight & narrow. Felt John is easy to talk to & good to get on with, wants to help me & others.
