(as a staff member),

I will pledge tomorrow to share with my teams the importance of their work with their clients and service users. I pledge to articulate my appreciation of their hard work in their service delivery despite staff shortages and constant change.

Hats off to Doncaster Health Visiting and School Nursing Teams, Keep up the good work- continue to make a difference as you do every day
